Jordan Brand Honors “Black/Cement” With Son Of Mars Low Release

Jordan Brand Honors Black Cement Son Of Mars 01
Jordan Brand has taken to nicknaming this Jordan Son of Mars Low as “Grey Mist” but we know what they’re truly paying homage to. Ever since the announcement that the brand was taking an extended break from the Air Jordan 3 Retro (the silhouette was one of the more overactive ones in the brand’s retro catalog) we’ve been teased with a number of Black/Cement references on top of other models. The Son of Mars Low is next up, as the model breaks out Air Jordan 3 references on the toecap and heel with a traditional cement elephant print to coincide with a smooth black leather upper and traditional grey tongue – a remnant from the Air Jordan 5. Even the lining is red for a true one-to-one match of the famous colorway on Mike’s third signature. The only difference is the added speckling on the black midsole. What do you think of this Jordan hybrid adopting one of the most famous colorways in Jordan’s history? Check out more photos below and grab your pair on June 10th for $140.
