Emmanuel Mudiay‘s route to becoming the NBA’s 7th overall selection by the Denver Nuggets last night was anything but commonplace. Born in the Congo, Mudiay escaped the Second Congo War, finding a home in the United States in the early 2000s. He would become one of the most sought after High School stars in the country, but skipped college to play in China to ensure immediate financial stability. The move also allowed him to sign with Under Armour directly out of High School. Now a year after disappearing overseas, Mudiay is celebrating his lottery selection with this Under Armour ClutchFit Drive Low. The brand wasted no time getting the PE ready, as the lowtop features a globe-like array of patterns on the black and grey upper while premium gold accents land on the branding and heel. How do you think UA’s latest signee will pan out in the NBA? Check out a better view of his first readily accessible Under Armour PE below and know that you can grab your pair tomorrow at select Foot Locker locations.
