Were you surprised when Andrew Wiggins wasn’t awarded an adidas signature sneaker out of the gate after being drafted number one overall? That’s just not how it goes anymore, as Canada’s native son was given the adidas Crazylight Boost to champion in his first season in the league instead. That doesn’t mean that the reigning Rookie of the Year won’t be joining the ranks of John Wall, Damian Lillard, and Derrick Rose to get his very own three stripes model, but in the meantime he’s one of the few proprietors of the Crazylight Boost 2015. Today we get another look at a Wiggins PE, as the Timberwolves’ muted grey and blue shades come together in an original maple leaf pattern on the Primeknit upper in honor of Maple Jordan’s home country. You can hold out hope for this pair to arrive at retail shelves too, but for now all you can do is check out a full set of images below.
