There’s no contesting the fact that Air Force 1s are most revered in the United States, but our fellow sneakerheads in the Far East adore Bruce Kilgore’s ’82 design quite a bit as well. Nike went on to celebrate the AF1’s spot in Chinese urban culture with a special “remastered” version of the iconic basketball silhouette, and it looks like a follow-up release will go down this Saturday, September 5th, at Nike.com in the UK. This version features Chinese “Nai Ke” lettering on the heel-tab as well as on a special hang-tag on the shoe for quite a unique twist never-before-seen on this magical sneaker. Get an official look here and stay tuned for release info in the US market.
