New Balance continues to get you ready for the colder months ahead, this time taking the classic New Balance 696 to task and upgrading the archival running model with a Sneakerboot tooling. The results are rather solid too, as a monochromatic obsidian sees durable Cordura mesh-like fabric throughout the upper while you still get your lifestyle fix thanks to a bolstered suede to contrast the leather branding. New Balance’s 3M fixation returns in short bursts here too, as the reflective material can be found outlining the N branding and on the heel.
