By now, you already know that the Supreme x Air Jordan 5 didn’t release today. October 15th was the rumored release date for all three pairs, but given that the store’s customary Thursday 11 AM release lacked any sign of MJ and the fact that no news release went out on the days prior, the 10/15 was nothing more than that – a rumor. On top of that, Supreme brand director Angelo Baque confirmed that a release won’t go down today. Are the shoes still expected to drop on a Thursday as per Supreme’s release procedures, or will Jordan Brand take the helm and drop the shoes on their own marks? Keep in mind that the only official word from either Jordan Brand and Supreme regarding their collaboration came via a Terry Richardson photograph of MJ wearing an insane Supreme x Jordan t-shirt.
