Were you not able to pick up the Diamond Supply x Ronnie Fieg x ASICS GEL-Lyte V earlier this year? It’s all good, because now ASICS has a new general release colorway of the shoe that’s definitely an acceptable substitute—especially when you factor in the ease of purchase and price compared to the coveted collab version. This “poor man’s” Diamond GEL-Lyte V features an awesome teal and grey suede color block, complete with a speckled sole that actually calls to mind the iconic Nike Mag aesthetic, as well. Any way you slice it, this is definitely one of the better GR versions of the shoe we’ll see all fall.
