With Jordan Brand‘s holiday lineup on the horizon, we’re already getting previews of what the Jumpman has planned for 2016. Next to those two new Air Jordan 12s we saw earlier today, the Air Jordan 2 will be a major player in the early goings of the new year with two new colorways nodding at the brand’s past in some cool narratives. The Air Jordan 2 “Poster” also known under the nickname “Wing It” for the interestingly branded heel pays respects to some of the earliest Jordan branding. A clean white and black upper is one of the simplest colorways we’ve seen land on Mike’s second signature yet. The Air Jordan 2 “Alternate ’87” gives a brief glimpse at what a true and through road colorway would’ve looked like in Mike’s second year had he not suffered an injury that had him sit out for most of the regular season.
