Barney’s New York Continues Its “Sole Series” With Diadora

Already with a number of American collabs under their belt within the last couple of years, Italian brand Diadora really hits it big this time with a joint effort with Barney’s. The elite level department store taps Diadora for their next edition of the Sole Series, an ongoing collection of collaborative sneakers, and goes ultra premium with a two-shoe set of the Trident decked out in mirrored metallic gold or bronze accents and Italian leather uppers. Merging high-fashion sneakers with the retro runner, the refined detailing also includes diamon-shaped perforated leather paneling for the toe boxes and quarter panels to compliment the shiny metallic materials.
