Hypebeast’s adidas Ultra Boost Collaboration Has Something The Others Don’t

Hypebeast Adidas Ultra Boost Microchip 01

The adidas Ultra Boost has been undoubtedly one of the best sneakers of 2015 thanks to the perfect combination of the woven Primeknit upper and the ever-comfortable Boost technology for an extra cushiony ride. A few weeks back the three stripes introduced the adidas Ultra Boost Uncaged, a new installment of the silhouette that ditched the plastic supportive overlay for a sleeker design that now lacks any three stripe branding. Hypebeast has been one of the leading sites championing the model, and now it looks like their hard work paid off with this upcoming collaborative effort that pairs a simple black and white upper with a premium leather insole. Hypebeast collaborated with adidas Consortium for the publication’s 10th anniversary. The first adidas Ultra Boost Uncaged will feature the new NCF chip allowing for users to go to a microsite with exclusive content on their mobile device. Stick around after the break for a full set of images courtesy of Sneaker Politics and pick up your pair this Friday, December 18th for $180.
