Nike Sportswear is always trying to make Bruce Kilgore’s 1982 classic, the Nike Air Force 1, more relevant to the times. Nothing is more timeless than an all-white Air Force 1 pair, but when it comes to seasonal inspirations like suede and croc-skin, the Swoosh knows how to implement those in a timely manner too. Today we get a look at two pastel shades of the Nike Air Force 1 Low perfect for Spring 2016, each featuring a full suede upper and contrasting synthetic crocodile leather on the heel, Swoosh, and tongue to take the look to the next level. Too much croc-skin and you risk looking like you just bought a new pair of loafers for Church, but here Nike hits the sweet spot with just the right amount of the material. They’re calling the pastel teal shade “Enamel Green” and the subtle tan “Lemon Drop”. Continue onward for a better view of the latest of Nike Sportswear’s takeover of the AF1 and let us know if you’re a fan of the subtle croc look in the comments section.
