Bodega’s Next Collaboration Is An ASICS Shoe That Never Retroed Before

It’s a difficult task to have a sneaker collaboration stand out these days, let alone work on a shoe that’s been untouched before. Boston’s Bodega sneaker boutique managed to just that with its upcoming ASICS collaboration, which features an unearthed original – formerly called GEL-Trendy – inspired by travels on the road. Now called the GEL-Classic, this partnership with Bodega brings forward some unique color-blocking schemes of earthy tones of light pastel green and clay red with black speckling on the midsole. The Bodega x ASICS GEL Classic will officially release on January 9th exclusively to Bodega and its online shop and will be packaged with custom boxes and a disposable camera.
