A storm is brewing in 2016—an ASICS GEL-Lyte V storm, that is. The brand impresses once again with another excellent general release set of colorways for the GEL-Lyte V, with this “Storm” pack containing two color combinations featuring tempestuous tie-dye treatments for the inner bootie/tongue portions of the shoe. In black/purple/orange and blue/grey/ochre colorways, each is constructed with a mix of suede and ripstop nylon, the latter which helps give them a stormy feel (think waterproof rain jackets). Be on watch for both “Storm” pack colorways of the GEL-Lyte V to hit select ASICS Tiger suppliers in early 2016.
