Several low-top Air Jordan models are slated for a comeback in 2016. It starts with the Air Jordan 5 Low, which re-emerges this weekend with the “Chinese New Year” version followed by the “Alternate” edition next weekend, but not far is the Air Jordan 9 Low, a sneaker that is remembered more for its Player Exclusive status than anything else. Michael Jordan never laced up the Air Jordan 9 (while on the Bulls), and he certainly never rocked the Air Jordan 9 Low in games, but you might remember Jordan Brand athletes such as Derek Anderson and Mike Bibby give these low-tops a go. This upcoming “Bred’ pair is really more of a Bulls theme than a DA theme, but with the added flair of a textured snake mudguard. Release date information hasn’t been confirmed yet, so stay tuned.
