Kevin Durant Looks To Take Control Of Series With New Nike KD 8 Elite PE

After a blowout in Game 1, the Oklahoma City Thunder responded with big performances (and some help from the refs) to tie up what is currently the NBA’s most exciting semi-finals competition at a game a piece. OKC’s ability to retain Kevin Durant in free agency could hang in the balance of this very series, but luckily Nike’s already secured a lengthy contract extension with one of the game’s brightest stars. The Nike KD 8 Elite has turned heads for its towering high-top construction complete with a built in ankle sock support system. Durant’s been lacing up different PEs throughout the playoffs and this “Alternate” tooling featuring a heavy dose of navy blue might just be the best colorway yet. A white heel cage contrasts while University Blue lands on the Swoosh branding for an added pop. Be on the lookout for KD to potentially break out this pair in Game 3 and let us know what you think of the KD 8 Elite in the comments section.
