In other words, truly a “gold medal” worthy colorway of the most popular running shoe on Earth. But if you’re OK with third place, today you can also get an up close and personal look at the “Bronze Medal” edition from the three-pack of Ultra Boosts celebrating the summer Olympics. Unlike the gold medal Ultra Boost featuring a premium leather “cage”, this bronze-accented colorway sticks with the traditional TPU construction for the Three Stripes midfoot support, while the bronze heel counter goes for a matte finish (unlike the shiny gold version). Clearly just like the actual Olympic medals, gold is best, but bronze definitely isn’t bad either.
