Jordan Brand is slated to have a huge Olympic showcase thanks to the unveiling of the Air Jordan 31. Not only will multiple Team USA players be championing the pair heavily inspired by the Air Jordan 1, but other competing countries will receive Jordan PEs throughout the Rio Olympics. Now we’re getting word that the Air Jordan 31 Brazil inspired by the Olympics host country will be arriving at international retailers like the Philippines own’ Titan this Saturday, August 6th in limited quantities.
A head-turning gradient consisting of a near-Volt shade on the woven toe eventually fades to a royal blue in honor of the Brazilian flag. Hints of the iconic Nike Swoosh pays homage to the Air Jordan 1 while the silhouette’s overall shape is as lifestyle-friendly as any signature Jordan offering we’ve seen in some time. Most notably the Jordan 31‘s tongue and ankle collar construction should recall the iconic Air Jordan 1 above all else.
What do you think of the Jordan 31 Brazil? Stay tuned for more updates regarding the Olympic-themed colorway’s potential stateside release. If you’re in the Philippines, you have a chance to grab your pair this Saturday, August 6th.
Update: The Air Jordan 31 “Brazil” releases in the US on August 12th, 2016 for $185.
