Nike Combines Soccer Shoes With Legendary Air Max

Nike Football Air Max Pack

One of Nike’s most iconic sneaker series is the Nike Air Max Series. From the genius of Tinker Hatfield’s idea of incorporating visible air units into sneakers, Nike has been able to formulate many new designs since the release of the first Air Max in 1987. For the first time in Nike history, Nike has decided to infuse the famous Air Max design into their soccer line.

The Nike FootballX Heritage pack features four brand new soccer sneakers inspired by four of Nike’s most most iconic looks. Each of the four FootballX sneakers possess characteristics from four different classic Air Max models. The Nike FootballX MercurialX, Magistax, HypervenomX, and TiempoX are inspired by the Infrared Air Max 90, Ultramarine Air Max 180, Neon Green Air Max 95, and the Varsity Blue Air Max 1 respectively.

The Nike FootballX Heritage Pack will be available exclusively on the Nike Football App beginning on August 28th and will hit nike.com on August 30th.
