For those of you who love Nike’s soccer style found in the likes of the Nike Free Flyknit Mercurial, the Mercurial Superfly, and more but still want the comfort found in Primeknit and Boost, then look no further. adidas Originals is taking a page out of Nike Sportswear’s playbook by transforming a successful soccer boot into a head-turning lifestyle offering with the introduction of the adidas ACE16+ PureControl Ultra Boost, coming soon in a “Mint Green” colorway perfect for the end of the Summer 2016 season.
The adidas ACE 16 Ultra Boost takes the midsole and outsole unit from the incredibly popular adidas Ultra Boost series and adds a City Sock-like tooling to the Primeknit slip-on upper to further the comfort while creating a silhouette that’s both sleek and functional. This “Mint Green” option adds a gradient to the oversized three stripe branding on the side panel while a unique graphic pattern adds intricate details to both pull tabs.
