A Detailed Look At The Nike Sock Dart SE Premium

Nike Sportswear brought back the Nike Sock Dart retro at the perfect time. In a climate where slip-on sock-like fitting silhouettes are a must-have, the Nike Sock Dart proved to be ahead of its time seeing as how the model dates back all the way to 2004. NSW has since brought updates with the Nike Sock Dart SE ditching the translucent midfoot strap for added colors while new color blockings are showcasing that the model doesn’t need to be monochromatic with that stretchy precursor to Flyknit. After a preview of three upcoming Nike Sock Dart SE colorways for November 2016, today we get a detailed look at a “Greyscale” colorway perfect for any occasion.

This pair looks like it jumped straight out of Pleasantville with its tonal greys giving off a black and white aesthetic. There is a hidden pop of color with the University Red insole unit, but other than that, this tonal offering keeps things relatively simple. A Dark Grey heel matches the midfoot strap while a lighter grey serves as the base throughout to match the speckled midsole. International shops have already started stocking this pair, so you can be on the lookout for this Sock Dart to arrive at retailers later this September. More photos below.
