The ASICS Gel-Respector has gotten a boost by ASICS Tiger in recent months, as the oft-forgotten retro running model has been seemingly everywhere lately. Not only did the silhouette help celebrate America’s Independence Day with a premium dose of red, white, and blue suede, but the 1991 classic has also shined in seersucker and even received a Patta cosign. Now German retailer Asphalt Gold has an exclusive coming with this clean ASICS Gel Respector “Moonbeam” slated to release on September 17th.

The ASICS Gel Respector benefits from an all suede upper in an off-white that’s more on the grey side of the tonal spectrum. Embossed ASICS branding hits the heel for a faint yet classy finish while an all white midsole/outsole combination creates one of the cleanest Respector pairs in recent memory.
