ASICS “Tandori Spice” Pack

ASICS “Tandori Spice” Pack

Asics Gel Lyte Tandori Spice Pack 01

We all know and love ASICS Tiger for their readily available collaborative efforts. Just this past week we were introduced to SneakersNStuff unique “Forest Pack” in an effort to get people outdoors and enjoy the subtle simplicity of nature this winter season. But you can’t overlook the work put in by the brand’s in-house colorists either, as they’ve been giving us plenty of tantalizing options atop some of their finest archival running models like the classic split-tongued ASICS Gel Lyte III and always notable ASICS Gel Lyte V.

Today we get a look at the recently available ASICS Gel Lyte Tandori Spice Pack, a reddish and pink shaded homage to the spicy Indian cuisine that features premium touches of suede, nubuck and sports mesh for a tonal takedown of the golden age of ASICS running models. Those of you familiar with ASICS collaborations might immediately point to Ronnie Fieg’s use of Salmon shades, but here the Tandori Spice Pack utilizes a hue that’s just a bit darker, and covers both silhouettes in it to contrast the off-white midsole and outsole units. Which pair are you feeling? Check out mode detailed shots below and know that select overseas retailers like Afew still have sizes available today.
