Updated on June 29th, 2017: The Supreme x Louis Vuitton Collection releases on June 30th, 2017 in two colorways of the Sport Sneaker and three colorways of the Run Sneaker. The entire collection will release at pop-up locations in Sydney, Seoul, Tokyo, Beijing, Paris, London, Miami, and LA.
Supreme and Louis Vuitton have officially announced their upcoming Fall 2017 collaboration at Paris Fashion Week.
The first teaser shots of the coming Supreme Louis Vuitton Shoes showcase a luxury sneaker in a premium white leather with the signature Louis Vuitton monogram contrasting in the skateshop’s signature red shade. Other footwear models were also unveiled during an official runway show earlier in the week. Kim Jones has stated that the Supreme x Louis Vuitton collection will begin releasing on July 17th at select Louis Vuitton stores, and will also be available in temporary locations (via WWD).
This Supreme x Louis Vuitton Fall 2017 collaboration will truly test the fandom of the streetwear brand’s most loyal followers as the collaboration will drop featuring Louis Vuitton prices, so we can only imagine what these will fetch at resale. One interesting bid of trivia from the past: 17 years ago Supreme received a cease & desist from Louis Vuitton for a capsule collection featuring LV inspired t-shirts and skateboards.
