Reebok Classic kicked off a full weekend of events with Louisiana’s premier sneaker shop Politics last night, getting the party started with local favorite Curren$y and his new Club C 85 collaboration. The special event was held at the new Sneaker Politics location in the heart of the French Quarter, hosting the exclusive pop-up for the “Jet Life” Club C inspired by Curren$y’s local legacy that he’s built in and out of the studio.

Referencing his love for marijuana, the shoe features a hairy suede upper in green with optional natural hemp rope laces, gum outsole, and a secret stash pocket in the tongue. The “Jet Life” Club C is available exclusively at Politics, and is already sold out on SneakerPolitics.com, but if you’re in the NOLA area, stop by 216 Chartres St. to grab one of the remaining pairs in-store.
