A Closer Look At Nike’s Upcoming AF100 Collection

A Closer Look At Nike’s Upcoming AF100 Collection

Nike Af100 Travis Scott Closer Look

As one of the premier efforts of Nike’s celebration of the Air Force 1’s 35th Anniversary, the AF100 Collection taps the mind of five of the most distinguished and influential minds of pop-culture, style, fashion, and music to give the unbreakable white Air Force 1 another dimension. Travi$ Scott, Don C, Virgil Abloh, ACRONYM’s Errolson Hugh, and Roc-a-fella Records’ Kareem “Biggs” Burke, were tasked to recreate the 1982 classic in their own eyes while emphasizing the need to capture either a point in time of their era or introduce new ideas. Whether it be a haphazard placement of Nike Swoosh logos, a blend of the Air Force 1 family, or even a simple throwback to a past icon, the AF100 Collection delivers overflowing energy to the single most celebrated sneaker in Nike history. See below for a closer look at all five collaborative efforts and stay tuned for each to release beginning in November at Complex Con, and at later individual dates.
