In case you were busy living under a rock, the much-anticipated Nike x OFF WHITE “The Ten” collection released yesterday on the SNKRS app and, as was to be expected, many “L’s” were taken. However, the pandemonium went beyond the typical hyped release, as it seemed to many that the app stopped functioning properly during the two-hour string of releases. The outcry of displeasure from customers was so noteworthy that Nike felt the need to issue an official statement regarding the SNKRS app during yesterday’s releases. Official Nike Statement On SNKRS Launch Of “The Ten”
“We experienced an unprecedented level of demand during the launch of The Ten collection on the SNKRS app today and the shoes sold out in minutes. We always strive for the best consumer experience and we’ll continue to learn from issues that some consumers faced today to help us continuously improve.”
