Nike Is Bringing Back The Air Pippen 1 In Brand New Colorways

After the abundant success of 2017’s return of the Air More Uptempo, it makes perfect sense that Nike would want to revitalize another iconic retro hoops silhouette – the Air Pippen 1. Pippen’s wildly designed signature shoe enjoyed a brief resurgence in 2017 in the form of a collaboration with the famed KITH, which dressed the design up in two new color schemes. Billed as one of the boldest designs in Nike Basketball’s history, this silhouette sports a full-length Max Air unit, and it also housed the debut of Pippen’s exclusive logo emblazoned on both the heel and the tongue.

The return of retro designs are always welcomed amongst loyal fans of the brand, and this “Work Blue” offering is starting the Pippen 1’s 2018 campaign off on the right foot.
