Taking notice of the immense success that the Air Jordan 3 “Tinker Hatfield” has had, it appears that Jordan Brand has plans to release more silhouettes inspired by Hatfield’s original sketches. Next up for that concept is the Air Jordan 6 – a 1991 offering that came in four original colorways with a multitude of retro options following in their place. Currently, no official images are available – as this is just a photoshop rendering – but based on some of the earliest sketches of the 6, we can expect some sort of modification on the upper – whether it be a speckled pattern on the heel or an additional mesh panel on the midfoot. Units are expected to arrive at retailers in October in a White/Infrared color scheme with Nike Air branding on the heel, but stay tuned for updates as they become available.
