Ben Felderstein It appears that the next sneaker to be added to adidas’ impressive arsenal is the P.O.D. silhouette. Fully equipped with BOOST cushioning, its features a very similar aesthetic to what Three Stripes fanatics have become accustomed to with models the likes of the NMD and the Ultra BOOST – a BOOST midsole sitting underneath a sock-like upper. From the first initial look shown here, it appears that popular foam cushioning does not adorn the entirety of the sole, but sticks to the back half while the front ushers in basic foam tooling. An easy-access ankle collar and typical Three Stripes branding finish off this particular model that gets almost fully dressed in a soft pink. Stay tuned for more photos and updated information as it becomes available, and expect numerous P.O.D. offerings to make their way to retail in the coming months.
