Ben Felderstein Nike and Jordan Brand are set to keep the big logo momentum rolling with another colorway of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG. Just like the orange pair that was shown earlier in the month, this offering boasts Nike’s trademark text overexposed on the lateral side of the left shoe and the medial of the right. Larger than life “NIKE” and “AIR” text can also be seen on the inverse side of each offering to finish off the commercial look. In 2015, UNDFTD and NikeLab teamed up for an SB Dunk High with very similar blown up elements on its medial and lateral panelling – serving as inspiration for this project. Due to the trademark text seen on these sneakers, they will undoubtedly be compared to Virgil Abloh’s OFF WHITE x Nike collection, but you be the judge and tell us if you see a resemblance. No official release details surrounding this pair have surfaced just yet, but expect them to hit shelves sometime this Summer.
