The Nike Vapormax 97 Receives a “Vintage Coral”

After receiving an updated take on the classic “Grape” colorway, the ladies are getting another fresh pair of Nike’s hybrid Vapormax 97 as a new “Vintage Coral” colorway has been unveiled. Featuring an upper that’s eerily similar to the recently-released “Metallic Gold” colorway, the “Vintage Coral” offers a slightly more matte take on gold sneakers, trading in the standard shiny upper for a flatter tone. The upper’s accents arrive via small red swooshes on the tongue and midfot and black/red detailing on the heel tab. The shoe’s look is completed with a crystal-clear Vapormax unit, providing excellent cushioning and offering a unique contrast with the classic Air Max 97 upper. These new Vapormax 97s are set to drop at retailers like Titolo June 21st, and are priced at $190 USD.
