Ross Dwyer West Coast rap heavyweight Nipsey Hussle is back in the sneaker world’s headlines again. After a pair of blue “Rich Rollin'” Reebok Classics that turned out to be an unauthorized release surfaced in February causing Hussle to threaten legal action, we now have a look at a special “Victory Lap” Jordan 3 that was designed for the popular artist. The shoe is mostly a classic “Black Cement” Jordan 3, similar in details and material to the 2018 release. However, there are a few tweaks: an embroidered Victory Lap hit appears on the medial side of the heel, and the shoe’s standard grey outsole is replaced with an translucent icy blue iteration—similar to the “Free Throw Line” Jordan 3s—complete with more Victory Lap branding.
