The Nike Vapormax 95 “Neon” Is Releasing On August 16th

Nike’s Vapormax sole unit has had its busiest year yet in 2018, as it has become the anchor in a number of fused-together hybrids, from the Vapormax 97 to the Vapormax Plus. Now, the Swoosh is expanding that family by way of the Vapormax 95. Set to debut in an incredibly familiar “Neon” color scheme next month, this iteration should excite Swoosh fans both old and young. Nike’s original gradient effect on its upper gets perfectly replicated on the Vapormax 95, as the top of its sole unit starts with black, and its makes its way to Medium Ash as it approaches this sure-to-be-classic’s mesh throat. While its two hybridized predecessors boasted a more seamless fusion, the chunky upper of the 95 atop the sleek bubbles of the Vapormax creates an interesting aesthetic that will certainly continue to be replicated. Enjoy yet another detailed look at the Vapormax 95 below and look forward to its release at Swoosh Brand retailers on August 16th.
