Ben Felderstein Pharrell’s last two crops of collaborative adidas NMD Hu releases payed homage to different parts of the world in different ways. First, back in March, Skateboard P and the Three Stripes traveled to India, creating an entire collection that payed its respects to the Holi Festival of Colors with a creative capsule in which each iteration featured a unique powder-paint graphic. Nearly five months later, N*E*R*D’s frontman designed a “Solar” set equipped with tribal detailing and messages of peace and harmony that he continuously aims to spread with his adidas releases.
