Ross Dwyer Although the Goku adidas ZX500 RM is one of the more anticipated pieces of the upcoming adidas Dragon Ball Z pack, the retro futuristic silhouette lives its own life outside of the collaboration as well. The ZX500 RM is also set to drop in two clean Dragon Ball-free colorways this fall: a “Core White” and a “Core Black. Both shoes feature tonal uppers, with a combination of mesh, suede, and neoprene for a retro-yet-still-speedy look. The ZX500’s standard TPU midsole is swapped out for a full-length white Boost iteration, complete with contrasting blocks for an extra pop of style, and each shoe features retro trefoil branding on the tongue.
