Humidity Skateshop Honors The New Orleans Tricentennial With Jazz-Inspired Nike SB Dunks

With the tricentennial of the city of New Orleans, Humidity NOLA has teamed up with Nike’s Skateboarding division to honor their home city by drawing in iconic cues of the Big Easy. Using the SB Dunk High as the base, the local skate shop infused several jazz-inspired design elements by adding a brass-toned leather upper, a purple velvet inner lining to mimic the interior of an instrument case, and a red bow-tie to pay homage to the otherworldly Louis Armstrong. Additionally, musical notes can be seen through the translucent outsole, further honoring the birthplace of the music genre. Humidity is set to release the shoes on September 15th for an MSRP of $110 , with a release on Nike SNKRS expected not long after.
