Canada-based Livestock and adidas Consortium have a rich collaborative history that reaches all the way back to 2008. Now, a full decade after the two first joined forces, they’re linking up again for an all-conditions capsule collection of shoes and apparel — and adding highly regarded outdoor brand Arc’Teryx to the mix as well. Geared to keep runners and adventurers warm as the trails and the streets become more and more uninhabitable, the capsule collection consists of two shoes, a jacket, pants, and a waistpack — and calls upon a black and yellow color palate for a high-visibility retro outdoor look.
adidas provides the fusion-style footwear and the pants, as both an Ultra Tech GTX — an all-weather version of the Ultra Tech that borrows detailing from the Terrex Skychaser — and a Terrex Skychaser complete with inverse Ultra Tech-style detailing/Boost cushioning are included. A nylon Atric pant then rounds off the Three Stripes’ collaborative offerings. Arc’teryx’s propensity for highly technical outerwear is on full display as well, as they’ve brought back the discontinued Alpha SL packable pullover jacket with GORE-TEX and also offer the on-trend Maka 2 waistpack with special Livestock embroidery. The capsule collection is set to release at Livestock September 22nd before a global release of the shoes goes down September 29th, so enjoy a look at the collection below and also be sure to check our Where To Buy list if you’re trying to snag either of the trail-ready kicks.
