Following Supreme x Nike collaborations done up on unexpected silhouettes, the Swoosh has a propensity for increasing inline releases of those models. Recently, we have seen this happen with the Air Humara ’17 as well as the Zoom Streak Spectrum, and now the Beaverton Brand has plans to add two standard versions of the SB Gato to its release calendar. Not much different than the collabs designed by the world renowned streetwear label, these soccer-inspired skate shoes boast monotone color schemes with gum colored sole units and design cues that help blur the lines between soccer and skate. Fans of this nostalgic resurgence will have their choice between a black and a white version that each feature Nike SB Gato-branded tongue tags as well as a matching label that sits atop the layering above its lateral Swoosh. Like the mix of soccer and skate? Both colorways are available now on Nike.com.
