Reprising its collaborative role with the Three Stripes, Chicago-based streetwear label Saint Alfred is set to lend its creative stylings to the retro-inspired Temper Run silhouette. Much like their adidas Gazelle project from 2016, this Temper Run equips premium vibes meant to highlight the comfortable functionality of the design as well as its lifestyle-geared aesthetic. Making its adidas Consortium debut, this Temper Run utilizes a layered construction as a nod to its running inspiration, while Saint Alfred ushers in a Fall-friendly color palette consisting of hues found in the Chi City wilderness. In keeping with the Three Stripe’s designs language and ideals, this collaborative project fits in with today’s modern sneaker industry while still managing to harken back to a forgone era. Enjoy a detailed set of images – including collages done by local artist Stephen Eichhorn – below and look forward to the release of the Saint Alfred x adidas Temper Run on October 27th.
