Missing from the set was a color scheme devoted to the autobot’s number one threat and leader of their rival deceptecons, Megatron. While not officially associated with the franchise or the Cybertron-born machine, Nike is set to release a Vapormax Plus sporting the signature colors of Megatron. Done up primarily in dark grey and black with a geometric grid pattern on its mesh upper, iridescent purple makes an appearance on its molded Air Max Plus overlays. A matching semi-translucent hue appears on its boisterous Vapormax bubbles with a quick hit of yellow adding contrast on its VM Air logo and heel loop.
