Sneaker News In recent years, Nike has furthered modified its classic silhouettes to introduce a set of reimagined women’s exclusives. We’ve seen the iconic Air Jordan 1 and Air Force 1 receive this treatment with more likely on the way. One of the most recent renditions at the mercy of Nike designers is the retro basketball shoe, the Blazer. Dubbed the Blazer Mid Rebel, the Beaverton brand has added an asymmetric lace unit as well as a medial zipper, combining both an abstract visual flair with utilitarian accents. Along the lateral side, we can see some of the deconstructionist ethos found in a few collaborations, ushering in stitched detailing along the swoosh, enlarged logo tab, and a mirrored “NIKE” on the heel. The Blazer Mid Rebel is available now at the retailers listed below for $100 USD
