Air Jordan 1 “UNC Patent” Releasing February 2019

In a sneaker market that is currently wildly oversaturated with countless renditions of the iconic Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG, it is crucial for the Jumpman’s designers to continuously make creations that deviate somewhat from the norm. That idea is masterfully achieved with this upcoming version of the sneaker that started it all, decked out in an alternate UNC color scheme with a shimmering patent leather construction as opposed to its usual textiles. Most UNC aesthetics in the past have opted for purely Carolina Blue colors, but this iteration works that in, in conjunction with Obsidian, providing contrast to this new look Retro High OG. Rumored to be a ladies-only drop, this celebration of His Airness’ alma mater is tentatively scheduled for a February 9th arrival.
