After artist/designer and long-term collaborator Taka Hayashi recently lent his touch to the pattern, END is next up, and they’ve added an optical illusion-style whirl effect that’s sure to make your mind spin. Arriving on both a Vans Old Skool and Vans Slip-On, the new pattern — which is different on every pair due to the weaving process — warps and distorts the standard look to extremely trippy effect. Each shoe is also constructed of ultra-premium leather/heavy canvas, and the Old Skool also boasts a three-pack of laces so you can customize the optical illusion to your heart’s content. For a finishing touch, each pair also features special insoles and comes packaged in a checkerboard box.
