Slight PlayStation Vibes On This Nike Air Force 1 Low

Slight PlayStation Vibes On This Nike Air Force 1 Low

Nike’s jewel-swooshed Air Force 1s are a popular alternate take on one of their most classic silhouettes, adding a new and interesting method of embellishment without compromising the shoe’s historic DNA. This year, we’ve seen jewel swooshes both large and small hit the Force, with one of the most noticeable being the special PlayStation Air Force 1s, a shoe that featured a large blue Swoosh on the midfoot. Now, the AF1 has surfaced in a new “Active Fuschia” colorway that — while not an official PlayStation collaboration — bears colors that are sure to be familiar to any lover of Sony’s signature gaming system, or the Air Force 1s that have accompanied them in the past. A black nubuck is used as the base material, while the large jelly swoosh on the midfoot features a two-tone design, fading from a light purple to a cool blue. The special Swoosh also appears in smaller form on the heel, and a translucent purple outsole provides contrast on the shoe’s lower half. A simple white midsole and unique two-tone insoles then complete the look. Get a thorough look at these new kicks below, and expect them to release on Nike.com later this season.
