In an effort to symbolize a heart, Short modified the overlays of the Free Run to create a truly unique product unlike anything else the silhouette has ever seen. Believe, hope, and laugh come boldly printed on this offering’s turquoise midsole as a message of encouragement while playful floral decals adorn its aforementioned overlays. Eight years later, Mackenzie is a healthy 20-year old studying to be a dental hygienist at Umpqua Community College who loves snowboarding in her spare time.
