Ben Felderstein In an effort to keep things moving on the lifestyle front, adidas has recently introduced the LXCON silhouette to the market, equipped with the aesthetic of a retro runner that currently dominates much of the industry. Inspired by a heritage Trefoil Brand runner from 1994, this model ushers in a unique piping system that works its way through the throat and panelling of this creation as well as its heel that adds a neon grey hue on this otherwise triple black design. In a unique utilitarian twist, that aforementioned piping as well as its midfoot Three Stripes hit both aid in the model’s aesthetic as well as its function, acting as lace stays for its unconventional lacing system. With official images of this new adidas LXCON available ahead, you can expect its arrival at the usual adidas stockists on May 11th.
