KITH x adidas FYW S-97 To Release This Monday

In an effort to popularize adidas’ Foot You Wear resurgence and the return of the nostalgic S-97 silhouette, Ronnie Fieg’s KITH is dressing up a duo of colorways slated to drop early next week. Inspired by the human foot, the bulky shape of the adidas FYW S-97 is meant to complement an athlete’s natural running motion, while the brand’s torsion technology is responsible for its bulbous midsole unit. KITH has drawn up two sporty color schemes for this collaborative collection, giving Three Stripes heads a choice between two iterations opting for white as their base, while one mixes green and neon yellow together with its counterpart toting mauve and salmon-like shades. Other embellishments include co-branded tongue details, a premium mixture of mesh, suede, and leather with reflective silver panelling, and a re-worked “Freddy” FYW logo with Ronnie Fieg’s initials replacing its customary eyes at its footbed. Grab a detailed look at the campaign imagery below and anticipate their arrival at KITH retailers as well as KITH.com on Monday, March 18th.
