The adidas Stan Smith Appears With A New Tri-Color Heel Tab

Originally debuting as a tennis shoe in the ’70s, the adidas Stan Smith has long since shifted into a beloved lifestyle sneaker, becoming renowned throughout many different subcultures in the process. It continues to hold a lofty seat among the most popular adidas Originals designs today, and now it’s surfaced in a familiar white makeup with a new embellishment: a heel tab. Although the upper is indeed mostly constructed of a crisp white leather, the heel switches things up via a toothed suede overlay with a stamped logo and the aforementioned tab, which features a red, white, and blue color scheme. The leather tongue features a tonal debossed patch for a premium feel, and a traditional white rubber midsole with a pebbled outsole then completes the look. These new Stans will release at the retailers listed below on May 15th for $120 USD, so enjoy a gallery of images below while you wait.
