Michael Le Teased as part of the brand’s Pride Month celebrations, the Keith Haring three-way collaborative capsule is finally coming revealed in full glory, taking on the most prominent themes the artist has become so fondly known for though packaged within the frame of some of adidas’ most notable icons. The Stan Smith is largely traditional to its originals though accented by orange along the typical branding while swapping out the tennis star’s tongue-placed portrait for Haring’s personal caricature. Toe boxes reveal a construction just a bit more involved as its embroidery employs the use of the notable “X” crossed figure, though it effectively acts as the most simplistic of the entire set. Higher, bulkier, and much louder overall, the Rivalry Hi is a piece akin to the most defamed graffiti-covered walls as its maximalist embellishments — in the shape of stars with smiling faces, dancing humanoids, and so much more — cover the white, blue, and orange face of the retro silhouette. The Nizza Hi, as sort of a middle point for both extremes, dons linings in full vibrant color with off-white canvas uppers featuring snake motifs across its heel.
