Tapping archive prints of the past while simultaneously playing on the word herringbone, Offspring’s latest endeavor with the Anaheim imprint Vans is one filled to the brim in classic skate edge under the moniker “HERRING-BONE.” Included are the classic Slip-On and Era silhouettes with execution between the both acting as inverses of one another. The latter, as a more simplistic offering, bears textured black toe boxes and tongues with laces and the rest of the underlying top line shining in a black and white mix of pirate pattern graphics, taking on the form of the aforementioned material in perpetuity. Laces call to both brands while the signature crossbones and skull arrive emblazoned the otherwise barren midsole. The Slip-On, in slight departure, takes the graphic mosaic and places it along the entire forefoot; heels are then conversely bereft, sitting in its velvety suede choice of fabrication. Grab a detailed look at both pairs right below and expect to see it hitting Offspring.com as well as in-store come July 13th.
